Bansal Carpets was established in the year 1979. We are the pioneers in the development of 100% vegetable dyed, hand spun, hand knotted woolen carpets. All our carpet creations are made from self imported New Zealand Wool.
The history of development of carpet industry is associated with and influenced by the opulent life styles of its RULERS, NOBLES and ARISTOCRATS. The great mughal emperors Jahangir and Shahjahan (who later built the famous Monument of Love "The Taj Mahal") established a distinctive style in Art and Architecture of that era. The carpets woven during those periods bore the similar motifs, patterns, decorative styles as found in the palaces and monuments !
After so many centuries we still find those rarefied hand knotted wonder which has been revived by Bansal Carpets with the help of the descendants of those master craftsmen of yesteryears.
